A Friendship Valued is a Friendship Worthwhile

The My Friendship Values Workshop is an interactive experience designed for young ladies to explore their true values in a friendship, and examine what healthy friendships look like in today’s society. My Friendship Values Founder/CEO Melanie Eke introduces 7 values she’s discovered to be essential in any healthy friendship, and helps participants explore other values that are personally important to them.

• Participants will explore their own values and how they play a critical role in developing healthy relationships.
• Participants will define and implement healthy communication techniques.
• Participants will identify opportunities for growth within their own friendships.
• Participants will develop confidence in their ability to make and keep friends.

Since 2017, we’ve engaged hundreds of girls through Southern California Middle and High schools, and through partnerships with amazing organizations.
